      I hope I can use this sound effects for my project for the day as an intern for a creative agency/post-production house. Is it really downloadable for free as an mp3 file? Or it’s downloadable for free but will compressed on a zip folder? Because the PC that I’m currently using has its WINRAR expired.

        Hi Ari, to open it you should use a free extractor like 7ZIP for example. Install 7ZIP (or a similar freeware tool) on your computer, right-click the Cinematic Sound Effects file that you’ve downloaded from 99Sounds and choose Extract from the menu. I hope that helps!

      Link works but file is broken :(
      It just creates another .zip file.

      I am using Mac OS Sierra and KEKA to extract files. All other packs I tried from you worked just fine.

      It doesn’t download for me. It opens some book file in Calibre which says the same information as what was written here on the site about this writer and the pack but no wave files came in. Super annoying and very disappointing.

      We can’t be used as part of another sample library or a virtual instrument.? What does that mean?
      Does that mean I can’t use your “free” sounds to layer with other samples?

        Nope, it only means that you can’t redistribute the samples as part of a sample library or virtual instrument. We had cases when someone would download our samples and then sell them or distribute them to others in another sample library. This is not allowed. I hope this helps.
