Mangling Audio is a free glitch sample pack crafted by Poztman, the winner of the first Music Making Contest on 99Sounds.

Free Glitch Samples
This free collection of one-shots and audio loops is a brilliant resource of glitches, noisy sound effects, and processed raw-data sounds for your music-making and sound-design experimentation.
Poztman has used various databending and sound mangling techniques to create a huge variety of gritty one-shot samples, noisy audio loops, and glitchy sound effects. The samples and loops included in Poztman’s first official sample pack are the result of experimentation with various raw data sources and software tools, used and misused in new and exciting ways.
Extreme time-stretching, creative convolution, and raw data processing are some of the techniques that were used to create this unique sound library.
Crafted for use in music genres like experimental electronica and glitch hop, as well as in other applications such as futuristic sound design and soundtrack composition, these free sounds are the perfect way to glitch up your latest audio and video projects.

Mangling Audio contains over 100 percussive one-shots, bass drones, glitched-out vocals, and a huge selection of 200+ audio loops and raw sequences.

Free Glitches for Kontakt
The first NKI patch features all of the one-shot samples from the library mapped across the keyboard (seven full octaves of glitch SFX), whereas the three additional patches feature a pair of drum kits and processed vocal sounds.
The included patches will work for 15 minutes only in the free Kontakt Player (you will need the full version of the software to use them without limitations).

^As Timur pointed out, some of these sound like they were actually circuit bent. I’ll have to check out the interview to see what’s up. I’ve given some thought to creating some more glitch music. I think this soundset will even lend itself nicely to crazy atmospheres with a little time-stretch/pitch shift techniques.

Compared to the stunning quality of all previous sample packs, this is not worthy of this sites work!
Sean, experimental glitch isn’t for everyone. These sounds were intentionally destroyed. If that’s not your thing, then you probably won’t have much use for these. However, you can also do things like granular sampling, which can completely transform a sound. ANY sound can be useful, given the right tools and a little imagination.
I’m sorry it didn’t please you. It’s a sample pack that’s more about creative/experimental works.
